PLtetO-1 promoter

Tetracycline-Controlled transcriptional activation is a method of inducible gene expression where transcription is reversibly turned on or off in the presence of the antibiotic tetracycline, with a final concentration at 100ug/ml adding to E. coli at early expotational stage.

Demonstrated by our experiments, addition of tetracycline is the only signal needed to trigger spacer acquisition, thus accomplishing information storage. 诶这个要改表达
